Rugby is a sport that brings people together in a fun, friendly environment, and with the support of parents, coaches and their teammates rugby can be a great option for young girls. Girls are taught more than how to play rugby; our program teaches them valuable life skills, gives them increased confidence and can have a life changing impact on their lives. Rugby provides them with the opportunity to play sport and keep fit, but it also teaches them leadership skills and fosters a sense of pride and belonging.

Girls (U10-U17) play on Sundays in a Sydney wide competition. The season is split into 2 formats, starting in late March with a 10 aside competition that runs until the July holidays. After the holidays they move to a 7s format, with games played over 7 weeks in a gala style competition. Girls are also eligible to try out for Warringah representative teams to compete at State Championships in both formats of the game.
